Plain-language terms.

Last updated: October 13, 2026.

Valley View Web is operated by Phixenia, LLC. These terms apply to the services that Valley View Web makes available for purchase. A product labeled “Coming soon” is not available for purchase and does not create a service agreement. Your written scope, milestone schedule, delivery date, and customer identity must be confirmed before work begins.

The $1,000 package

Up to five responsive standard pages, built from content the customer supplies, with shared navigation, basic metadata, one primary contact call to action, one consolidated revision round across the site, and the first registration year for one available domain with an actual registrar price of up to $20. Standard pages are brochure-style pages such as Home, About, Services, Gallery or FAQ, and Contact. The package includes Phi booking integration, restaurant reservation setup, and other agreed integrations as needed. We confirm compatible provider accounts, required features, access, and integration scope in writing before work begins. Provider subscriptions and usage fees, hosting, ecommerce, bespoke software development, and ongoing maintenance are separate.

If the selected available domain costs more than $20, Valley View Web must show the current registrar price and exact difference before purchase. The customer may decline it, choose another domain, or separately pay the difference. No domain is registered until the $1,000 package payment and any approved difference are collected. The customer is the registrant and retains ownership and transfer rights. The $1,000 package covers only the first registration year; future renewals are the customer's responsibility unless the customer’s accepted maintenance agreement explicitly includes the renewal.

Website management and service choices

The website build is a one-time purchase. Customers may choose a self-managed WordPress website or another setup agreed in writing before work begins. For WordPress, the handoff includes customer editing access and instructions for managing the agreed editable content. The platform, editable areas, integrations, provider requirements, and any separate license costs are confirmed in the build scope. WordPress editing access is provided for the delivered customer site; the Valley View client portal manages project information and purchased services.

You may use your own hosting, domain, and email providers, or purchase available services through Valley View Web at their separately disclosed prices and renewal terms. Hosting can be purchased without maintenance. Neither a monthly maintenance subscription nor buying every service from Valley View is required to use your paid website. Your own content changes do not count against the updates we perform under a maintenance plan. Customers remain responsible for changes they make; repairs or additional work must be agreed before any extra charge.

Website work begins after payment is verified and the written scope and required content/access are confirmed. Separately purchased hosting, domains, and email require their own authorization and applicable payment; a website payment does not automatically subscribe you to those services. The included first-year domain allowance remains as described above.

Intake choice and add-ons

The $1,000 package includes the customer's choice of a written project brief or one 15-minute video kickoff with Kyle at no additional charge. Both paths gather the same essential project information and do not change the package scope, revision allowance, or delivery terms. Pages beyond the five included standard pages, technical SEO foundation and a starter store are separate fixed-scope upgrades. Phi booking integration and restaurant reservation setup are included within the agreed website scope. Upgrades begin only after written scope and payment are confirmed. Technical SEO does not include or guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, or sales.

Hosting, maintenance, and subscriptions

Custom Maintenance & SEO: $500/month. Includes the Maintenance & SEO services below, 12 updates per month (three times the standard allowance), and increased custom work on your existing site. Custom work can include layout refinements, small feature enhancements, and integration adjustments within the monthly allowance. Each update is an agreed change to your existing website. We confirm the scope of custom work before it begins. Work beyond the allowance requires a separate approved quote. Unused updates do not roll over. Hosting, provider subscriptions, and usage fees are separate. The first maintenance period is paid upfront after explicit consent. Its service period starts at site launch; automatic renewal starts after that prepaid period. Existing agreements retain their accepted terms.

Maintenance & SEO: $250/month. Includes backups, monitoring, routine custom-site maintenance, ongoing SEO upkeep (metadata, indexing checks, and agreed on-page improvements), and four updates each month. Each update is one agreed change to an existing page; unused updates do not roll over. New pages, redesigns, bespoke integrations, advertising, and larger work require a separate quote. SEO does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, or sales. Hosting and third-party subscriptions are separate. The first maintenance period is paid upfront after explicit consent. Its service period starts at website launch; renewal begins after that prepaid period. Existing customer agreements retain their accepted price and scope.

Hosting, care plans, booking subscriptions, email services, and other recurring services are separate from the $1,000 package. Only a service shown as available at checkout may be purchased. Before a recurring service is offered, its checkout will show its price, billing cadence, service start date, renewal date, cancellation method, and any applicable supplier terms. No recurring service is created merely by purchasing a website.

Care-plan updates mean our work on your custom website, including the listed edits and routine upkeep. They do not include third-party plugin or theme licenses, prewritten-software upgrades, or new software subscriptions. Those require a separate scope and your approval if offered.

Website cancellation and refunds

Website builds and add-ons: Before work starts and before approved third-party purchases, cancellation qualifies for a full refund. After work starts or an approved third-party purchase is made, any refund is the unearned balance after completed work valued under the agreed written milestone schedule and disclosed, approved nonrecoverable third-party costs. No work begins until that schedule is agreed; no retroactive hourly rates or cancellation penalties apply. Amounts already recovered from suppliers cannot also be deducted as nonrecoverable costs.

Request cancellation through your authenticated account or the support contact on your receipt. We will confirm the request and explain any refund calculation. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights, remedies for non-delivery or defective services, or refunds required by applicable law. A refund legally owed by Phixenia, LLC is not conditional on our supplier reimbursing us.

Other service cancellation terms

Available website purchases use Square checkout. Services marked “Coming soon” are not available to purchase. If we later make a separate service available, its purchase flow and the version of these terms in effect at purchase will describe its service-specific renewal, cancellation, and refund terms.

Domains: Check the spelling, extension, term, and contact details before authorizing purchase. Once registration or renewal is processed, charges are generally nonrefundable. Canceling automatic renewal stops future renewals; it does not refund or delete the current registration. Some new registrations qualify for a registrar-specific grace-period exception, subject to extension, order eligibility, deadlines, and possible deletion fees. We review these individually and do not promise a universal refund window or a prorated refund for unused time. We will explain any eligible refund and disclosed, nonrecoverable costs before you authorize deletion. Deletion can immediately stop your website and email and release the domain for someone else to register. Cancellation alone never authorizes deletion.

If canceling a build that included a domain, any deduction is limited to the actual nonrecoverable registration cost disclosed and approved before purchase, plus any approved price difference—not an invented cancellation fee. The domain remains yours. These restrictions do not remove remedies for our failure to deliver or rights required by law. Supplier references: ResellerClub terms and extension-specific deletion and refund exceptions.

Annual hosting: Hosting is $69 prepaid for 12 months, separate from care. The service term starts at website launch, not purchase; the next renewal is 12 months after launch. Canceling renewal leaves the paid hosting term in place unless you request an earlier shutdown. We do not promise prorated refunds after activation or renewal, except where a specifically disclosed product guarantee or applicable law requires one. Any eligible supplier refund exception will be reviewed promptly. We do not advertise a blanket 30-day guarantee until the exact product's eligibility is confirmed in writing.

Monthly maintenance: Request cancellation before your next scheduled charge to stop future maintenance billing. Service and unused edits remain available through the paid period, subject to the existing edit limits; unused edits do not roll over or automatically qualify for a refund. Canceling maintenance does not cancel separately paid hosting, renew a domain, delete email, or authorize a new infrastructure charge. We will provide confirmation and the effective date.

How to request cancellation: Use your authenticated account or the support contact on your receipt. We will record the request time, confirm the affected services, stop applicable future renewals, and explain refund eligibility. A queued request is not confirmation of completed cancellation. Refunds approved or required will be returned to the original payment method where available; we will communicate the amount and timing. A supplier wallet credit is not automatically a customer cash refund.

Renewals and consent: Prices, renewal dates, any supplier processing deadlines, and cancellation instructions must be disclosed before purchase. We will not commit to a new annual supplier term without corresponding customer authorization and collected funds. Hosting, domain, mailbox and maintenance cancellation are handled separately. Paid customer ownership and transfer-out rights remain intact.

Customer content

The customer must own or have permission to use every logo, photo, trademark, statement, and other item they provide. The customer is responsible for reviewing factual claims and final content before launch.

Delivery and launch

Timing begins after the required content and access are received. Launch depends on confirming an available customer-approved domain, the customer providing a suitable hosting account or purchasing annual hosting separately, and the customer approving the complete site.

Standalone domain and hosting

The first registration year for one eligible domain is governed by the $1,000 package terms above. Standalone domains are individually quoted by extension and term, with payment-processing costs included and applicable tax shown separately. Registration and renewal prices may differ; a first-year promotion does not set the renewal price. Quotes expire and must be refreshed before purchase. Future renewal prices must be disclosed and authorized before charging; existing authorized purchases are not repriced. Premium domains, restricted extensions, and restoration require separate quotes. Standalone domain checkout is not yet available. Basic Hosting without a care plan remains $69 per 12-month term. Domain prices do not include hosting, edits, mailboxes, or care.

Domain ownership and transfer-out

The customer is the registered holder of any domain purchased for that customer through Valley View Web. Domain registration and management are separable from website hosting and care. The customer may transfer the domain to another registrar, point it to another hosting provider, or cancel Valley View Web hosting without surrendering the domain. Valley View Web will not withhold a domain to collect a future renewal or an unrelated website, hosting, or support balance.

After an authenticated written request from the customer or the domain's authorized contact, Valley View Web will disable provider-supported transfer or theft protection, provide the available Auth/EPP transfer code within five calendar days, and reasonably cooperate with required transfer confirmations. Valley View Web charges no transfer-out or administrative fee. A gaining registrar, registry, or other provider may charge its own transfer, renewal, restoration, or migration fees.

A registrar transfer may be delayed or denied by applicable registrar, registry, or ICANN rules, including a lock during the first 60 days after initial registration, during the first 60 days after a prior registrar transfer, or after certain registrant-contact changes. A dispute, court or administrative proceeding, fraud concern, expired or redemption status, or unpaid charges for a prior registration period may also affect eligibility. If a restriction applies, Valley View Web will identify the stated reason and, where the provider permits it, help update nameservers or DNS so the customer can use another host while waiting for registrar-transfer eligibility.

Hosting exit and website files

After the website build has been paid in full, the customer may request the current deployable customer-specific website files for use with another host. Valley View Web will provide the available handoff within five business days after verifying the request. The handoff excludes Valley View Web's reusable internal tools, third-party software or media that cannot legally be transferred, provider infrastructure, credentials, and services licensed directly from another provider. New-host setup, specialized migration, database conversion, mailbox migration, and post-transfer troubleshooting are not included unless separately quoted. The customer should arrange replacement hosting, DNS, email, and backups before cancellation to reduce the risk of interruption.

Scheduling and missed calls

The optional kickoff is limited to one scheduled 15-minute intake call. It is not a strategy workshop, an additional revision, or an expansion of the purchased scope. You may reschedule through the appointment link while a new time is available. If you miss a call, contact us through your authenticated account or the support contact on your receipt so we can arrange another available time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases or services. Material changes will be posted here with a new date. A later change does not retroactively change a paid order’s confirmed scope, price, or written milestone schedule unless both parties agree in writing or the law requires otherwise.
