Privacy policy.
Last updated: September 23, 2026.
Valley View Web is operated by Phixenia, LLC, Utah. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit valleyviewweb.com, purchase services, or use your customer account. It covers Valley View Web, not every website operated by Phixenia or our customers.
Information we receive
- Accounts and orders: business name, email address, order details, payment status, receipts, and the identifiers needed to connect your purchases to your account. Contact and service-address information may be needed for a selected service or tax calculation.
- Project information: questionnaire answers, color preferences, logos, photos, documents, website content, feedback, and support or change requests you submit.
- Scheduling: your email, chosen appointment time, and related booking details when you schedule an available kickoff.
- Technical information: server and security logs can include IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps, browser information, and errors.
The homepage's copy/download project-brief tool works in your browser; copying or downloading a brief does not by itself submit it to us. Information submitted through authenticated project forms or sent to us is different: we receive and store it to provide your service.
How we use information
We use information to verify sign-in, process and reconcile orders, build and support your website, receive your content and feedback, arrange appointments, send service messages, prevent misuse, and maintain necessary business and tax records. Upload only content you have permission to share. Do not put passwords, Social Security numbers, or payment-card details in project answers, uploads, or support messages.
Payments and service providers
Square processes payments on its checkout. We receive order and payment records, not your full card number or card security code. Where a separately authorized subscription is available, Square handles saved payment methods; we may retain its payment-method identifiers and your authorization records.
We use service providers as needed to operate the site: Supabase for authentication and account records, Postmark for transactional email, and hosting providers for the website, logs, and project files. Google Calendar receives booking details when scheduling is used. Our calendar connection checks the owner's availability; it does not require access to a customer's personal calendar or show other customers the owner's event details.
Domain searches are sent to our registrar provider to check availability and pricing. A search does not register a domain. If a domain, mailbox, hosting, or other provider-backed service becomes available and you authorize an order, we will update this policy before collecting information for that service. Any applicable provider or registry then receives only the information needed to supply it.
Providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. Their own services are also subject to their privacy notices. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, protect rights, or resolve a dispute.
Cookies and browser storage
We use a secure sign-in cookie to keep you authenticated and browser storage to remember your cart. Signing out clears the site's sign-in cookie. You can clear site data in your browser, but doing so may empty your cart or sign you out; it does not delete records already held by us. The current Valley View Web catalog does not include advertising pixels or an analytics-tracking integration. External checkout and provider sites may use their own cookies.
Sharing and public website content
We do not sell customer information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information is used and disclosed for the service purposes described here. Content you approve for your finished public website will be publicly accessible. Private project uploads and account information are not automatically published merely because you submit them.
Retention and security
Retention depends on the information and purpose: providing ongoing service, maintaining purchase and consent records, meeting legal or tax obligations, and resolving disputes. Closing an account does not automatically erase invoices, required records, or every backup. We review deletion requests in light of these needs and explain applicable limitations. We do not promise a fixed automatic deletion period.
We use measures such as encrypted connections, authenticated access, and access controls for customer records. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your email account and sign-in links, and let us know if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your choices and requests
You can ask about your information, request corrections, or request access or deletion. Depending on applicable law, additional rights may apply. We may need to verify your identity before acting and may retain records where required or permitted by law. We will not treat an unverified request as authorization to disclose another customer's information.
For privacy questions or requests, email Phixenia, LLC at feedback@phixenia.com. Existing customers can also contact us through their authenticated account or the support contact on their receipt. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, so there is currently no sale or targeted-advertising opt-out to submit.
Children and other websites
Our services are intended for business customers, not children under 13. Do not submit a child's personal information unnecessarily. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review it. Links to other websites do not make this policy apply to those websites.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. This policy does not authorize undisclosed new uses of information collected under earlier notices.
