Your commitment stays protected

Changing plans or stopping renewal does not waive an agreed minimum subscription term or amounts already owed. A downgrade or cancellation cannot end that commitment early.

Before a live change, we must show your verified earliest effective date, remaining commitment, and any price adjustment. No automatic refund or immediate service cancellation is implied.

Move your domain

Your domain stays yours. Request a transfer without cancelling your website, hosting, or care plan.

Do not enter passwords, payment details, or a transfer authorization code.

Protected with an authenticator

A live request requires a fresh code from an authenticator already enrolled on your account. Email alone will not authorize a transfer. Passkeys are not connected yet.

  1. Verify your identity and confirm the destination.
  2. We send a security alert to the verified email already on file—never a new address entered here.
  3. A 24-hour security window begins after the email service accepts the alert. You can cancel the request from your account.
  4. We check registrar eligibility before any unlock or transfer-code release. The countdown alone does not authorize a transfer.

No text messages. Provider transfer restrictions may still apply. Transferring your domain does not waive separate subscription commitments.
